Courtesy Pay
Our Courtesy Pay service ensures you have access to funds when you need them. Through this program, True North may clear transactions for which you do not currently have funds on deposit and charge a fee.
- This service is available on all qualifying checking accounts unless you tell us you do not want it.
- However, you must opt in to include every day, non-recurring debit card transactions and ATM transactions in the courtesy pay program.
- Members with prior negative checking account or collections history may not qualify for this service.
Courtesy Pay costs you nothing until you utilize the service. The amount of courtesy pay coverage is between $200 and $2000, and depends on account type and average deposit amounts.
